Weekly Update from Mary

Blessings
Blessings on your day as you serve Jesus in thoughts, words, and deeds. Perhaps, some of you have experienced the challenge of being shut out of your yahoo account. Every now and then, Mary does something wrong on the computer and gets shut out…This experience is very frustrating. Mary has no idea what she did wrong today, but she lost a lot of time trying to get back on line to create our weekly update. So, I hit the restart button, and magically, I got back in to find this document.
Servant Saturday
Yes, this Saturday, October 3, is Servant Saturday at St. Paul Lutheran Church and School. I sincerely hope that each of you found a task that you could get involved with in serving others. I do plan to attend the Craft event. My Brain Bleed is totally healed. Now, Mary appears to becoming forgetful. Each day has certain tasks to complete to keep all our wonderful Hunger Warrior Projects moving forward. Each person is a major participant by praying, donating, and getting involved. Mary and Chico are thanking you for taking Jesus’ command to “‘Love your neighbor as yourself’” (Mark 12:31 (NIV)) to heart.
Diaper Drive
During our October Thrivent Action Team Diaper Drive, sizes 6, 5. And 4 will help the clients of Redeemer Hunger and Crises Center the most…Thank you to all our Diaper donators.
More Thrivent Action Team Events
Within the next couple weeks, Mary and Chico hope to update you on 6 future Thrivent Action Team Events. We are so blessed to have members excited to gather food items for others. Hunger Warriors also enjoy helping Lorain’s Valor Home and the Veterans it serves. May God the Father, Son, and Holy Sprit Bless your activities this week with His Love. Praising God, Mary & Chico
