Our August 15th delievery
For our August 15 delivery to the Scranton Road Immanuel Lutheran Church Hunger Program, Hunger Warriors need 22 additional cans of vegetables, 24 cans of SPAM, 9 large cans of chicken breasts, 9 cans of Corned Beef, and 10 jars of grape jam. The other 5 essential items for this earlier in the month pick-up have been donated.

Donations of shampoo, deodorant, apples, and cracker packs would still assist our bags for 60 individuals at the Madison Commons Group Home at 8001 Madison Avenue in Cleveland. Hunger Warriors are so grateful for all the donations received this summer for this Thrivent Action Team project. It is amazing all that can be accomplished when people work together on a project. There are a few more tax-free days left to shop.
Back to School
As one gears up for the return to school days, may parents, grandparents, and students thank God for all the blessings that God provides. Mary’s Hunger Garden needs volunteer pickers of God’s crop. Let Ken Krauss (440-899-1025) know if you can assist in picking.
6 Monthly Can Donor
Let Mary & Chico know if you can become a 6 can monthly donator of cans of corned beef, SPAM, Chicken Breasts, and jars of grape jam as part of our Community Of Goodness (COG) Team efforts. Thank you again for all the you do. We really need prayer warriors that God will find helpers for Mary & Chico to take over some of the challenges of assisting 23 Hunger Programs across Northeast Ohio from Lorain to Painesville. Donate Food
St. Paul Lutheran Hunger Warriors still need Food Donations throughout the summer months; so, let us all try to bring one or two food items when we are able to attend Church this summer: peanut butter, GRAPE JAM, Stew, Corned Beef, WIDE NOODLES, tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, canned vegetables, CANNED SLICED PEACHES, CEREAL, oatmeal variety packs, SPAM, canned Chicken Breast, RAMEN NOODLES, snacks for children. We need the above food items by Thursday, June 20, for the Immanuel Hunger Program Delivery. Bless you for putting the needs of others as a priority.
