Please Join in!
Hunger Warriors – please join in supporting the Board of Generosity and Service Thrivent Action Team Event in January for the clients of Redeemer Hunger & Crisis Center in Cleveland by gathering diapers sizes 4, 5, 6 along with small bottles of detergent to donate. Hunger Warriors donated 556 diapers and 36 laundry detergents along with 352 laundry packets last weekend. Great job St. Paul members and friends for making a vital difference during these challenging economic times.
Extreme Cold Weather
During these extreme cold weather days, Hunger Warriors need to continue PRAYING, PRAISING, and GIVING THANKS for all of our daily blessings – especially JESUS. Jesus provides us with forgiveness and power to make a difference in the lives of over 60,000 people in the 23 Hunger Programs that Hunger Ministry/Mary’s Food Friends/SPL Hunger Warriors support by raising over $100,000 annually and donating over 15,000 cans/items each year. These results represent Hunger Warriors’ faithfulness in praying and giving of their time, talents, and treasures to make a vital and vibrant difference in our neighboring communities from Lorain to Painesville through sharing the Love of Jesus in all our acts of being a caring transformation.
