Please Join in!
Hunger Warriors – please join in supporting the Board of Generosity and Service Thrivent Action Team Event in January for the clients of Redeemer Hunger & Crisis Center in Cleveland by gathering diapers sizes 4, 5, 6 along with small bottles of detergent to donate. Hunger Warriors thank you in advance for your dynamic shopping skills in finding sales on these items.
Visiting Bob Krone
One of the most joyful experiences of my life is visiting with Bob Krone close to his January 10 Birthday each year. After 104 years of life, Bob still knows how to pray, praise God, and give thanks. Although hearing is more challenging, Bob knows how to make a visitor feel loved and appreciated beyond belief. His family honors and cherishes his sage wisdom. They realize how precious God’s Blessings are as each one, just like Bob, serve their church communities with love, volunteer service, and prayer. There is great joy in life whenever one takes time to slow down and thank God for His blessings as Lamentations 3:22-23 (KJV) states “It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.” Yes Lord, Great is Thy Faithfulness to all your prayer-filled followers.
Thank you Jeff Heisner
Hunger Warriors are so thankful for the time and expertise that Jeff Heisner spent in creating the video of the dynamic efforts and energy put into creating the Blessed Epiphany Boxes for the children of the clients of Cleveland’s Redeemer Hunger & Crisis Center.
